Responsibilities include providing medical care outpatient hospital examinations diagnosis treatment therapy prepares medical records correspondence related patient care conducts health counseling preventative medicine patients teaches neuromuscular fellow residents students department performs other duties assigned responsible chair higher level administrator state university academic advising administrative activities represents university college school department
Qualifications include a minimum requirement of holding a medical degree from accredited institution highest degree appropriate field specialization demonstrated record achievement teaching research service must meet university criteria appointment assistant associate full professor normally produced creative work professional writing research refereed journals recognized authority field specialization hold eligible full unrestricted florida medical license foreign equivalent required participate teaching residents fellows students clinical medicine must board certified eligible
