    We are hiring temporary resources to support customer onboarding documentation support needs

    The responsibilities include the following:
    Work with multiple functions such as account managers, customer service, finance, etc to complete multiple documents which will help in onboarding new customers in the systemTrack the progress of customer onboarding and highlight and escalate the needsUnderstand Pharmaceutical quality and regulatory documents and compare with actual certificate of analysisSupport our documentation team with various tasks, such as creating, updating, and formatting documents, ensuring compliance with templates and standards, and verifying data accuracy

    The ideal candidate should have:

    E xcellent in Excel, PowerPoint, word, etc, experience in Sales force and CRM is preferredHands-on mentality, service oriented, with good organizational skills, and with high attention to detail.

    Perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and an ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Comfortable using IT platforms like CRM or SAP.Ability to draw information from various sources and work with cross functional is a Hybrid position- 1-2 days per week in the office.
