Your Role and ResponsibilitiesProvides oversight and planning across tasks for business intelligence. Leverages technology and data to provide insights that support the Government's decision-making process across the project.
Translates requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions and provides SME expertise to enhance automation, gain efficiencies, and enable seamless migrations from old platforms to new.
Develops data models, data visualizations, and reports from data within applications to help the business make better and timely decisions.
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseKnowledge of the GSA ASSIST application.
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Analytics developing technology data models
6+ years of experience developing and maintaining business architecture artifacts including product roadmaps, business capability maps, user personas, user journey maps, business process design, business process reengineering and optimization
5+ years of experience identifying opportunities to automate repetitive low-yield steps and orchestration of business workflows as a composition of reusable services
3+ years of experience exploring and implementing AI-driven and modern ML capabilities to develop learning models, predictive analytics, and decision-making capabilities for enhanced end UX
