    Description
    PiperCompanies is currently seeking a Industry Liaison based in Greater Philadelphia or equipped to work remotely with a background in industry oncology trials for work at a research cooperative. The Industry Liaison should have experience with oncology, and familiarity with business development and clinical operations. Project management experience in a CRO environment is especially valuable in this role.

    Responsibilities of the Industry Liaison:
    • Develop, manage and execute partnerships between academic institutions, CROs, and sponsor companies in the oncology field
    • Coordinate activities related to grants, contract, clinical ops, protocol development, data management, and lab science
    • Participate in business development process
    • Take an active role in submission updates, protocol amendments
    Qualifications of the Industry Liaison:
    • 4+ years of experience in clinical trials, working in the oncology space
    • Firsthand experience with NCI/cooperative group functions in the research space
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical partnership structurebudgets, bids, contracts, etc
    • Candidate should be a team player able to manage recurring contact with all areas of trial management/clinical ops
    Compensation for the Industry Liaison:
    • $135k plus annual salary
