Immediate need for a talented UX Designer. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Consume requirements and interpret them into interfaces.
• Assess research insights and ideate UI solutions.
• Present solutions to team or business using solid rationale.
• Define goals and success measures for research studies.
• Interpret goals into effective, measurable studies.
• Create prototypes for research studies.
• Synthesize research results into actionable design recommendations.
• Design support on Umbrella Insurance, or our Personal Property line of business.
• Following Corporate Brand Design Language.
• Research support.
• Coordinates with customers from the business teams to make sure we're aligned in the approach.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Figma, using components, creating designs and prototypes. (2 years).
• Design research: defining goals, success measures and synthesis to report insights and recommendations.
• Visual design: must have a strong portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of foundational visual design skills.
  • Real world work in portfolio (no art school projects).
• Need to see their Human Centered Design process.
• This priority of skills-Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD).
• Visual Design.
• Soft skills (communication, teamwork, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, work ethic, critical thinking and conflict management, etc.).
• Execution using Corporate Design Language.
• Design Research.
• Human Centered Design practice skills.
