    Description


    This role will ensure that the Network and Critical Infrastructure organization operates within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6 environment, overseeing and optimizing the portfolio of projects and initiatives within the NCIS organization.

    You will leverage your expertise in lean and agile methodologies to drive efficiency, alignment, and value delivery across multiple teams and business units.

    This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Required Skills & Experience


    Requirements:
    years total work experience

    • Experience overseeing Network, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace or Digital Transformation projects
    • Must have experience working in Jira
    • Experience working in Agile product delivery models, SAFe Certified
    • Knowledge in enterprise infrastructure technology with a focus on the end user product portfolio and understanding of best practices in stakeholder management, change management, software development, cyber security standards, networking, SaaS and on premise deployment models
