    Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Manage coordination of engineering resources to meet project deadlines and requirements effectively.
    • Provide technical expertise within the engineering team and the project execution team, BOM, Cabinet design, Plastic fabrication, P&ID design, and Tank design.
    • Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organizations established policies and objectives.
    • Determine feasibility of project by identifying and forecasting costs and requirements.
    • Formulate standards for product line.
    • Identifying and analyzing trends in technology.
    • Collaborate with other members of management.
    • Complete projects by directing and approving design and modification activities
    • Complete engineering projects by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Estimate personnel needs and assign work to meet objectives.
    • Manage staffing, training, and performance appraisals to develop and improve employees.

    General Skills and Communication Skills:

    • Experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment design - wet benches, wet chemistry process and automation
    • Advanced knowledge of engineering principals ranging from theoretical to procedural
    • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement process skills
    • Advanced project management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Computer Skills:

    • Basic to advanced proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
    • Experience with SAP/ERP, PLM, or CRM preferred.

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.

    Physical Demands:

    Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

    Education/Experience:

    • B.S. In Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience, or combination of education and experience required.
    • 7+ years engineering or related work experience required.
    • 3+ years previous engineering management experience required Project Management experience preferred.
    • More than 3 years of experience leading Design Engineering teams.
