Call Center LPN for our client in
San Antonio, TX
Type: 3-month Contract, with potential for extension or full time offer
Schedule: 8 am to 5:30 pm, Mon

  This is remote , but candidate must live in San Antonio, TX area*Responsibilities of the Call Center LPN:
  · Answer inbound patient medication refill calls· Follow enterprise medication refill protocols· Document each transaction thoroughly and accurately· Utilize the electronic medical record to access and document information· Answer/place outbound other types of calls as neededQualifications for the Call Center LPN:
  + Highschool/GED or equivalent+ MUST BE LICENSED LVN in the state of TX+ Ability to work in a structured call center environment/schedule+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) PreferredWhy work for Adecco?
