    We are seeking a talented and experienced Remediation Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting and preserving the environment while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


    Position Overview:


    As a Mid-Level Remediation Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and executing remediation projects from inception to completion.

    You will work closely with a team of professionals to assess environmental risks, develop remediation strategies, and implement sustainable solutions to mitigate contamination.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, with expertise in soil and groundwater remediation techniques.


    Responsibilities:


    • Conduct site assessments and investigations to identify sources of contamination and assess environmental risks.
    • Develop remediation strategies and design appropriate solutions to address soil and groundwater contamination.
    • Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and remedial action plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members and participate in mentoring activities.
    • Conduct fieldwork activities, including soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring well installation, and remediation system operation and maintenance.
    • Perform data analysis and interpretation to evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to environmental remediation.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or remediation engineering.
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or EngineerinTraining (E.I.T.) certification in the state of California.
    • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, and statespecific guidelines.
    • Proficiency in environmental modeling software and GIS applications.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex remediation projects.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
