    What is the Role?We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our team.

    Your focus will be on one of our brands:

    Additional details include:
    Developing and executing a visually captivating and compelling narrative for our apparel products. This includes creating an immersive online shopping experience that effectively communicates the brand's value and product offerings.


    Product uploads:
    monthly bulk product upload for the collection launch. Adding in all imagery and product descriptions, provided by team.


    Merchandising and Promotions:
    Collaborating with marketing teams to devise and implement site merchandising strategies and oversee promotional setups for accuracy and effectiveness

    Shopify Theme Customization:
    Assist in customizing and maintaining the Shopify theme to deliver a consistent and engaging user experience

    Performance Analysis:
    Utilize site metrics and user feedback to identify improvement areas, collaborating with the web development team for enhancements

    Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:
    Work with cross-functional teams for inventory accuracy, aligning with our Brand Director and Warehouse team

    Industry Trends and Tools:
    Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in online merchandising and Shopify management

    Customer Service Collaboration:
    Coordinate with customer service teams to address online store inquiries and issues.

    Leveraging a deep passion for apparel to curate collections and product displays that resonate with our customers, fostering an emotional connection between the brand and its audienceContinuously analyze and enhance the customer journey, with an emphasis on customer-centric thinking, hyper focus on walking in the customer's shoes.

    Focus on improving key performance metrics including conversion rate (Conv. Rate), average order value (AOV), and units per transaction (UPT).

    Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in these critical areas, such as establishment of a test and learn framework for A/B testing across the e-commerce experienceLeveraging a strong understanding of the Shopify platform to effectively manage and optimize the e-commerce website.

    Stay updated on platform enhancements and implement best practices for optimal site performanceReports directly to Natalie, our Brand Director at AFRM.What is required?4-6 years of website operations, website merchandising, and website optimization experienceConsumer focused mindset with a passion for womenswear is essentialAnalytical and comfortable with numbers/ data.

    Also creative, and a great problem solver.

    You are able to analyze data and draw conclusions/insights from it to help optimize your KPIs and achieve sales goalsExperience with Shopify Plus.

    Experience with KlaviyoExperience with Shopify, or similar platforms to pull reporting and analysisHighly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.

    You are a self-starter with a can do attitude. You are able to execute upon multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.

    Self-starter, proactive, ability to prioritize and shift focus with ease and flexibility - you are excited to dive in, build quickly and drive output.

    Not afraid to jump in where needed - no task is too big or too small for you, and you are willing to help your team before you are asked.

    Desire to be part of a tight-knit team and comfortable working with ambiguity.
    Must be able to work in person at our Culver City office 5 days per week.
