Job Duties:

Ensure customers truck and trailer part needs are met on every visit

Ensure that customers are invoiced correctly

Assist outside sales and delivery with customers part order needs

Works closely with vendors on product knowledge and sales training

Qualifies every order to determine customer delivery expectations

Supports shipping and receiving by pulling pick tickets

Responsible for inventory management and inter-branch transfers

Identify, respond to and resolve customer issues promptly while modeling excellent customer service

Works with customers to maximize sales and increase market share

Acts as a liaison to outside sales to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Ensures safety initiatives are executed and employees are following safe work practices

Company Training Provided

Job Requirements:

Three to five years of experience in the truck and trailer parts wholesale/retail distribution is preferred

Sound product knowledge and lean warehouse experience to drive continuous improvement

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Strong organization and planning skills

Proficient in Microsoft Applications
