    Job Summary:

    As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of products and services through the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve processes to meet customer requirements and industry standards.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    2. Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify deviations from quality standards.
    3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
    4. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    5. Participate in the design and development of new products, ensuring that quality requirements are incorporated into the design phase.
    6. Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    7. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
    8. Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
    9. Participate in external partner quality management activities, including partner scorecard reviews and partner development initiatives.
    10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in quality engineering is a plus.
    2. At least 5 years proven experience in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
    3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or similar standards.
    4. Experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as RCCA, 8D, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing.
    5. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical software or spreadsheet applications.
    6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
    7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
    9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the solar industry.
