- Monitoring patients' conditions and assessing their needs
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Creating a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and their families
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for state practice
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is advantageous
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) is a plus
- ACLS and PALS certifications may be necessary within 6 months of employment

The aim is to offer top-notch medical treatment locally, ensuring patients are surrounded by their support network of family, friends, and community.
Responsibilities
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
Up to $10,000 in Education Assistance Available
This role involves cross-training in Pre-OP, Short Stay Surgery, and Infusion Center. As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional patient care based on individual physician orders. This includes educating patients and families on preventive measures and healthy practices.
Additional responsibilities in this healthcare position include:
Qualifications
We seek a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse with excellent clinical abilities, a compassionate demeanor, and the capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are key, along with the ability to educate patients and families effectively on home healthcare procedures.
