    Job Title: Sports Instructor

    The Sports Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
    • Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
    • Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
    • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

    Benefits:

    • Part-time opportunity with 5-10 hours/week commitment

    i9 Sports is the nation's first and largest youth sports league franchise business in the United States. We offer youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for kids ages 3-14 in popular sports like flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. Our focus is on providing a fun, safe, and convenient experience for families across the country.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
    • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
    • Ability to work weekends (~7 weeks)

    Salary Range:

    $20-$25 per hour (estimated annual salary $15,200-$20,000)
