    Purpose of Position

    This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

    Duties & Responsibilities


    • Answer Phones
    • Greet Visitors Organize,
    * scan,
    * file,
    * shred

    • Data entry
    • Light office cleaning Supply
    * delivery/pickup - (Essential)

    Required Competencies


    • Must be willing to work with others and alone, and must be able to stay on task.
    • Must be able to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
    Minimum Requirements


    • Availability for work at least 2-hour shift during officer hours M-F, 8:00 - 4:30pm
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office/ability to learn
    • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
    • Valid driver's license
