    Job Description:
    Manages a portfolio/ programs specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant and strategic impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Responsible for enterprise and/or line of business-wide, cross functional, high impact strategic initiatives by ensuring delivery of business outcomes from portfolio investments. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Responsibility for staff and budget. May serve as primary contact to Executive management for critical change initiatives depending on scope and impact of business supporting. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Assists in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy. Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy development. May or may not manage employees. Significant experience with managing large diverse programs and projects. Typically 5+ plus years of program management experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Leads a team of project managers/process design consultants in the execution of vertical and horizontal programs and strategic priorities
    • Drive teams to produce expected portfolio deliverables and outcomes often against aggressive timelines
    • Assists senior leadership in achieving broad goals supporting corporate business strategy and improvement efforts
    • Manage large, complex stakeholder groups; communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
    • Big picture thinker, capable of challenging teams to think transformatively; tactfully questions the status quo
    • Assist teams in creating impactful, data driven presentations for senior leadership
    • Drives development and execution of data analysis and scorecards
    • Responsible for managing all organizational COO responsibilities - including but not limited to - business continuity management, All Hands Meeting preparation and facilitation, space management, business strategic planning, staffing and recruiting and forecasting.
    • Adheres to all Enterprise Change program / project management requirements and standards (as required)

    Required Skills:
    • Must have strong experience in managing and executing complex portfolios
    • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of the organization
    • Knowledge of the OpEx methodology and continuous improvement mindset
    • Excellent decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
    • Experience with business strategy development and execution
    • Proven ability to navigate and lead across a matrix environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
    Desired Skills:
    • Prefer 10+ years of end-to-end change management experience, preferably focused on process improvement / re-engineering efforts
    • Prefer team leadership / management experience
    • Prefer direct knowledge of Global Operations
    • Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Project Management certifications a plus
