Job Summary

The ERSEA Family Community Manager directs the development, training and implementation of ERSEA requirements ensuring responsiveness to community assessments. They analyze enrollment data to implement child attendance systems.

About You

  • A self-motivated person who is excited about helping infants toddlers families grow in education.
  • A personable leader who can manage multiple staff managers projects to meet program goals within compliance of current Head Start Performance Standards
  • You have minimum qualifications such as Bachelors degree in Social Work with three years experience working with families children prenatal age two years of supervisory experience.
