- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the sales department.
- Support the General Manager in running meetings, conducting training sessions, and implementing sales initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales team members.
- Implement action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and fact-checking of sales reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management or dealership leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving high sales performance and leading a successful sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems and sales software.
