    The Senior Manager/Director of Revenue Analytics will be a strategic partner to the sales organization at SkyKick.

    Responsible for providing sales leadership with the knowledge and tools to drive sales performance through in-depth analysis of both sales and SaaS metrics.

    This role will need to get up to speed quickly on our sales process and be able to derive actionable insights from complex data.

    You will set and facilitate effective communication between the sales, product, and marketing teams.


    The Impact You Will Make:

    • Sales Performance Analysis: Leverage deep sales data analytics to understand the drivers of high-level SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and customer lifetime value. Use these insights to recommend actions that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust framework for sales pipeline meetings, ensuring that discussions are data-driven and focused on actionable insights to drive pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
    • Revenue Meeting Facilitation: Design and implement the format for cross-functional revenue meetings that include core sales, product, and marketing stakeholders. Ensure these meetings are structured to align on go-to-market strategies, product feedback loops, and revenue generation initiatives.
    • Metric Development and Reporting: Identify, develop, and report on key sales performance metrics that provide insight into the health of the sales funnel, sales team performance, and market penetration strategies.
    • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales forecasts with product development and marketing initiatives, ensuring that sales strategies are fully integrated with the broader go-to-market approach.
    • Strategic Projects: Lead strategic finance projects that impact the sales organization, including market segmentation, territory optimization, and sales model transitions.

    Who You Are:

    • The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to drive business decisions and performance and have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality. We encourage you to apply if you are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and collaborative approach.
    • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset, capable of understanding the broader business implications of financial decisions.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
    • Experience designing and leading effective cross-functional meetings across the organization.

    The Expertise You Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in finance and/or sales operations with a strong preference for experience within a SaaS or Technology company.
    • BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field of study. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    $135,000 - $165,000 a year
