Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor with a passion for luxury residential construction to oversee our projects in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end residential construction sites, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of high-end residential construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety inspections.
• Oversee the installation of high-end finishes, fixtures, and materials, ensuring that workmanship meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues or concerns, and ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address questions or requests, and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Mentor and train on-site staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office suite.
