    Description:The Food Services manager will:


    • Will report to the Food Operations Manager and manage an hourly staff of approximately 7 FT and PT employees
    • Typical shift will range from 6:30am-8:00pm may vary with every other weekend coverage
    • Mainly oversee dining room operations and will assist in kitchen as needed;
    • Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall resident meal service program targeted to exceed resident and customer satisfaction;
    • Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident/ student experience;
    • Ensure food quality and presentation;
    • Exceed standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits;
    • Perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development, scheduling of staff
    • They will be required to assist the head chef with food prep and cooking
