Human CapitalCulture & CommunicationFinance & BudgetRisk Project ManagementStrategyGovernanceSummaryMizuho is seeking a Director-level candidate to spearhead Governance matters, including but not limited to:Policy: Develop and maintain Policy and Standard framework for Risk.
Audit and Risk Review:
Represent ARM in Internal Audit and Risk Review engagements. Track and report outstanding issues and support timely remediation.
Regulatory:
Liaise with Regulatory Affairs to coordinate BAU and ad-hoc regulatory meetings, exams, and requests
Head Office Liaison:
Act as the primary contact and coordinator for Head Office requests.
QualificationsBachelor's degree; major in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred8+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry; experience in Risk Management or a COO role strongly preferredAbility to function independently while maintaining a collegial and collaborative approach with team membersExcellent communication skills; ability to articulate deadlines and deliverables clearly to senior members of organizationDetail oriented and self-motivatedThe expected base salary ranges from $144,000 - $235,000.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained.
