    Description

    Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc is a leading logistics and distribution company committed to delivering excellence in service. We take pride in our dedicated team, and we're looking for a Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join us in our mission to efficiently handle and distribute goods to our customers. Available Shift:

    Monday Friday 7:00am to 2:00pmKey Responsibilities:

    • Assists with the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc.
    • Gathers information and data to generate warehouse productivity reports, in regard to selection rates, receiving rates, and accounts for all labor hours, both direct and indirect.
    • Assist with the warehouse safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state regulations.
    • Recommend equipment requirements and replacements to the Warehouse Supervisor in order to upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency.
    • Helps ensure a productive labor climate in the warehouse operation.
    • Operates various equipment including but not limited to: forklift, pallet jack, hand truck and box truck to ensure products are staged or stored in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
    • Monitors and measures receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy assists in staging, sorting, loading, receiving, and delivering of various products.
    • Might Drive Company leased or owned equipment to ensure customers needs are met.
    • Willingly completes other duties as assigned to meet the strategic and operational and financial objectives of Hackbarth.
    • Ensures that each new employee in the warehouse understands the SOP of the warehouse.
    Compensation: $17.00 Requirements:
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Must have 12 months forklift operating experience.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
