    Job Title –IP Attorney/Partner

    Package - $350,000 - $470,000 Basic Salary + Bonus

    Location – New York Head Office (Remote working flexibility)

    Role Overview:

    Seeking an Intellectual Property Partner to play a key role in the ongoing upward trajectory of an award winning, mid-sized law firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advising clients in copyright, trademark, trade dress, patents and trade secret legal matters.
    • Experience clearing, registering, protecting, licensing, enforcing and defending trademarks and copyright law in the US and internationally.
    • Strategically evaluating, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, helping clients create and maximize the value of their intellectual property portfolios, minimizing legal risks so that clients can focus on their business objectives, and successfully resolving and litigating domestic and international intellectual property disputes.

    Requirements:

    • 10 years+ in IP Law
    • circa $1m+ portable book of business in IP Law
    • Proven experience advising inventors, designers, small businesses, new businesses, established multi-national business, international banks, hedge funds, real estate companies, breweries, restaurants, and retail stores.
    • Team player with a positive, ambitious mentality
