Role Overview:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client, you'll spearhead our recruitment efforts across various positions, encompassing full-time, part-time, Co-op, and temporary roles. You'll be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, from onboarding to enhancing our employment brand. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll discern the critical attributes and qualifications required for each role and leverage this insight to identify top-notch candidates. Moreover, you'll work collaboratively within our HR team to devise strategies that attract top talent, nurture inclusive environments, and optimize our recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, employing diverse channels to attract candidates.
· Maintain transparent communication with hiring managers, establishing clear timelines and expectations.
· Cultivate an in-depth understanding of organizational roles to refine recruitment strategies continually.
· Innovate sourcing methods to build diverse candidate pipelines and foster our commitment to inclusivity.
· Actively engage in community activities such as job fairs and industry events.
· Manage internal and external job postings, crafting job descriptions and interview materials tailored to each role.
· Stay abreast of recruitment trends to enhance efficiency and collaboration internally and with vendor partners.
· Support HR operations, ensuring integrity and consistency in processes and data management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· Manufacturing recruiting preferred
· 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
· Solid understanding of Human Resources practices, with a focus on recruitment.
· Proficiency in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leaders, facilitating a seamless interview process.
· Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and time management.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
· Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
· Adaptability to changing priorities in a dynamic organization.
