100% Remote (PST) CRM Program Manager Opportunity.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage CRM project portfolio to deliver committed initiatives on time, to budget, and to quality expectations
• Lead CRM campaign intake and trafficking; supporting campaign development, QA, execution, and analysis via internal tool sets and reports
• Provide operational support and manage project tracking software
• Collaborate with leadership on analysis of in-flight and proposed projects.
• In partnership with the SVP of CRM, assist in developing strategies for ensuring the growth of the organization, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
• Lead/drive annual budget planning and submission for CRM
• Work with CRM Leadership on financial performance (actuals vs budget)
• Partnering with leadership to report on operational and project metrics and trends, as well as any other CRM reporting needs.
• Design and manage workflow automations and continually refine CRM processes
• Manage contract review request process, Purchase Order processes, and invoice coding when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in project management, with experience in email marketing
• Expertise with project management software (Smartsheet and Jira preferred)
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including data and analytics, marketing technology, lifecycle and performance marketing, and employee management
• Experience in developing budgets and business plans
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands PREFERRED SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field
• Experience in Marketing, ideally utilizing technology-driven CRM systems
• Data-driven mentality, with experience using excel and analysis tools (ie. Tableau, Amplitude etc.) to measure campaign performance
• Process oriented; ability to follow processes and documentation closely and keep those documents up to date
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with cross functional teams and with executives
