    Description

    Job Title: Packer

    The Packer is a vital role in our warehouse operations, responsible for packing customer orders with care and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Packing individual customer orders using a pack station
    • Using and restocking shipping materials at pack stations
    • Safely handling dry ice as needed
    • Exceeding departmental productivity standards
    • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
    • Working overtime as needed to meet business demands
    • Being flexible and willing to work in other departments outside of Configurable Gifts
    • Able to maintain reasonable and reliable attendance

    Requirements:

    • Some high school education or equivalent preferred
    • Basic reading and counting skills
    • Ability to learn and use RF scanners daily
    • Basic computer skills

    Physical Demands:

    • Lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting with up to 30lbs packages continuously and 50lbs on occasion
    • Walking and standing for entire 8–10-hour shift and stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb
    • Ability to use ladders and climb stairs repeatedly daily
    • Using hand pallet jacks with payloads of 2500 +lbs.
