    As a Performance Engagement Program Manager, you'll partner with our talent technology, compensation and leadership and learning team to build requirements that turn into a Workday product and develop quick reference guides for managers and employees around all performance engagement products. Use your project management, communication, and change management skills to ensure successful performance engagement product rollouts to the company.     This role will play a critical role in shaping the future of performance engagement at Procore and will get to own projects from strategy to execution in partnership with the Head of Performance Engagement who this role will report to. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing PE projects, a strong understanding of performance management principles, and excellent communication skills.

    We're looking for someone to join us immediately as we build an enhanced performance engagement system.

    What you'll do:

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and detailed Workday requirements for all performance enablement products (goal setting, feedback, check-ins, performance reviews, succession planning and talent reviews).
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Build training materials and facilitate all employee & manager training.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (talent business partners, compensation team, and the talent technology team).
    • Design and implement bi-annual performance review process for all employees
    • Analyze performance data and build Workday dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    What we're looking for:

    • BA/BS in Human Resources or a related discipline
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in talent management project management, particularly in performance management initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of performance measurement concepts and methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Workday is a plus

    Additional Information

    Base Pay Range $113,560-$156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
