What You Will Do

• Provide advanced computer and network field support, including the implementation, advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of computing, communications and voice systems.
• Provide advanced support for communications devices, including switches, hubs, wireless devices, MESH networking components, voice system, RF (Radio Frequency) systems and other networking infrastructure (both copper and Fiber optic).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and correct infrastructure configuration and performance problems related to voice, data and wireless communications.
• Manage the site s computing infrastructure, including site virtual & physical servers and storage devices for business and process control systems.
• Assist with the design, definition, execution and implementation of local and corporate MIS infrastructure projects.
• Actively participate and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance and site operational goals.
• Perform configuration, management and troubleshooting of site 2-way radio communications systems.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. AND two (2) Technical Certifications in disciplines relevant to the role that the applicant will be filling such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Two-way Radio Repair, Software Applications. OR
• Eight (8) years experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. AND one (1) Technical Certification in a discipline relevant to the roll that the applicant will be filling such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Two-way Radio Repair, Software Applications. OR
• Ten (10) years experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Physical/Virtual server management training

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• RF field experience
• Cisco CCNP Certification
• Microsoft Server MCITP Certification
• A+ Certification
• Network + Certification
