POSITION SUMMARY:
Transports residents to and from appointments and supervised trips. Performs a variety of duties in handling and organizing transportation for the residents and others as required. Assists with various duties within the facility when not driving. Must be able to communicate in English.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent and excellent driving record

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience in working in a long-term care facility

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents' representatives, facility staff, physicians, aud ancillary service providers. Ability to perform clerical duties#J-18808-Ljbffr
