Skills needed:

• Assisting GM with operations and P&L management or have been acting GM.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment and uphold service standards
• Participate in community involvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of management experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• P&L management expertise
• Ability to assess and improve employee performance
• Experience in business planning and implementation
