Location: Hybrid in Memphis preferred but open to REMOTE

Duration: 24+ Months Contract

REQUIREMENTS:

• 9+ years as a Workday HRIS Analyst CONFIGURING the following:
• HCM
• Payroll
• Talent Enablement
• Time and Absence Management
• Advanced Compensation
• Talent Acquisition
• Learning (this is also called Workday LMS)
• 9+ years performing regular and ongoing system maintenance activities including updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• 9+ years testing new features, functionalities, and integrations.
• 5+years providing User Support and Training, educating users on how to effectively use Workday.
• 5+ years utilizing Workday reporting to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics, trends, and analytics.
• 9+ years Implement and enforce robust security policies, role-based access controls, and data privacy standards within the Workday platform.
