Realaway LLC is a short-term rental and hospitality company headquartered in Florida. We own and operate a diverse portfolio of properties, including RV sites, numerous waterfront cabins, apartments, and single-family residences. For this role, you will be working at our premier RV park with waterfront cabins located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. As both the owner and operator of all our properties, Realaway maintains full oversight of daily operations to ensure consistency, quality, and exceptional guest experiences. Our company is committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and operational excellence across its entire portfolio.
Position Overview
The Guest Services Attendant / Housekeeper is the face of the RV park and waterfront cabin experience in Fort Walton Beach and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Assist RV park and waterfront cabin guests in a helpful and courteous manner, responding promptly to questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring every interaction leaves guests feeling welcome and valued.
- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of cabins, common areas, and amenities, including laundering linens and monitoring supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or operational matters promptly to management to ensure smooth and efficient park operations.
- Collaborate with team members to keep the RV park and cabins guest-ready and welcoming.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach and flexibility to manage emergencies or high-priority tasks as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be available 7 days a week for possible cleans or emergency situations.
