    About the Role:
    As lead point of contact this role will own all account relationship and communication.

    You will oversee messaging and interaction across functional departments and worldwide regional offices.

    The primary responsibility is to ensure success, growth, expansion, and profitability of all Samsung programs worldwide.


    The role will work closely with the Samsung Global Account Head/Owner to ensure all aspects of the program and communication with the customer follows strategic lead and direction as set by owner.


    What You Will Do:
    Work with Head of Samsung to align strategy implementation.

    Establish regular and primary communication channels with customer including one on ones and regular weekly calls between PCS and Samsung functional departments to communicate progress of business initiatives.

    Develop and become internal resource of understanding for all customer (Samsung) strategy, needs, and direction. Assist with alignment to Global Head and PCS Revenue Strategy.

    Own and work closely with Global PM on any proposed account, process, or billing change to existing program to ensure PCS position is favorable, negotiated, and approved by customer prior to implementing.

    Coordinate strategy and messaging across all internal PCS cross-functional teams to ensure PCS is aligned to account goals and action items.

    Ensure timely and successful delivery of PCS solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    Own the QBR Deck development and presentation process for all of PCS. Work closely with Samsung Global PM, Regional Offices, Finance, and Engineering to coordinate consistent messaging.

    Develop relationships and contacts across all Samsung functional and product teams to uncover new business opportunities/PCS programs and services that align with internal revenue growth objectives.

    Resolve any major account issues and problems regarding PCS performance to all PO's, service programs, and account deliverables.
    Assist with account escalations as needed.
    Develop new business.


    Who You Are:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
    3-5 years of relevant work experience.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to speak and understand the Korean language is strongly preferred.
    Outstanding communication skills to communicate both internally and externally.
    Ability to work with people at all levels of the corporate spectrum.
    Must be able to establish and perceive customer relationships as vital to the success of an organization.
    Excellent problem-solving skills, with technical aptitude.
    Knowledge of contract law, contract management and negotiation techniques.
    Ability to work in fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
