Job summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to oversee clients' adherence to the program guidelines. The Mental Health Worker is responsible for communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups, and assisting in crisis intervention.- Escort clients timely to groups and record participation ensuring that groups maintain a 1:6 ratio.
- Facilitate groups and activities as assigned.
- Lead MHW discussions as assigned.
