Job Summary
This role will be working at St. Vincent Medical Center with the Inpatient Palliative Care team Monday-Friday, Day shift.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment,
diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.
