    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Lead Workday Recruiting projects, including configuration and troubleshooting
    • Administer recruiting systems like Beamery, Phenom People, Rooster scheduling tool, and HireRight
    • Define and evaluate requirements, manage priorities, and provide project management for HR technology projects
    • Develop and maintain internal and external vendor relationships
    • Problem solve and troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • 3+ years of Workday Recruiting configuration experience
    • Previous Human Resources functional experience
    • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask competing priorities
    • Previous experience with Beamery, HireRight, Rooster, Phenom
    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills
