What you will do

• Lead a rewrite of our web app.

-Build out and nurture a working style guide that defines our visual language and brand.-Prototype new ideas in your favorite tools and/or code.-Continuously improve our existing product.-Have good copywriting instincts.-Talk to users to get feedback on your designs.-Navigate the intersection between product, design and engineering.
What we look for

• Full stack engineering experience in any of the following languages and frameworks: JavaScript, Sass, React, Vue, AngularJS, NodeJS, Python, Ruby.

-Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).-Experience with web best practices such as A/B testing, test coverage.-3+ years of writing software and a CS degree.-A strong sense of design.-A preference for simple solutions.-A component oriented mindset to development.-An opinion on the best practices in a fast moving space.-A bias for action and an optimistic attitude.
