We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Intake Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex immigration cases, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their cases
Conducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit
Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firm
Entering client information into computer systems
Networking with law firms in other areas of specialty to grow referrals
Performing administrative support tasks as assigned
Familiarity with various legal documents and criminal proceedings including diversion programs, and pre-trial intervention
Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred
