    FORKLIFT OPERATOR

    Cornerstone staffing is seeking a sit down forklift driver for swing shift in South Sacramento. The forklift driver will be responsible for accurate and efficient distribution of products throughout a corrugated carton warehouse. We're currently seeking a forklift operator who has experience with heavy machinery and a strong record of safety in a physically demanding role. The main responsibilities are locating, moving, stacking, and tracking heavy materials, and the job may include filling orders and interacting with machine operators to find out their needs.

    Requirements

    • Operate a Toyota sit down forklift
    • Work as part of a team to load and unload materials
    • Move materials around facility using pallets and crates
    • Stack loads in correct storage areas, following inventory-control instructions

    Minimum qualifications

    • 2 years of RECENT forklift experience
    • Experience working as a strapper preferred
    • Strong abilities in mechanical testing and implementation
    • Strong English communication

    RATE: 19/HR
    SHIFT: SWG 1P-930P
    MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS WHEN NEEDED AND ANY OT.
