As a pivotal member of our team, you will leadthe charge in ensuring NUTRL remains at the forefront of the marketby supporting a national sampling program. The Brand ActivationManager will oversee the execution of weekly on-premise andoff-premise sampling events in key accounts. Candidates must behighly motivated and results oriented. Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensiveactivation strategies to achieve sales and brandobjectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts and the local wholesaler.
  • Sell in brand programming to keyaccounts.
  • Lead theplanning and execution of brand activations, special events,sponsorships, and promotions.
  • Manage all aspects of BrandAmbassador team including recruitment, training, weekly eventexecution, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Brand Ambassador teamto ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Responsible for activation recaps,metrics, and overall event success.Mange local budget & budgetreporting/reconciliation.
  • Perform pre-calls and checklists in preparation forsampling events.
  • Local asset management - ensuring Brand Ambassadors areproperly equipped with merchandise and materials needed to executesampling events.
  • Monitor event execution while ensuring all key brand KPIsare achieved.
  • Submit program deliverables accurately and on time eachweek.
  • Knowledge oflocal nightlife/events and local alcohol beveragelaws.
  • Qualifications:

    Must be of legal drinking age(21+).
  • Driving isan essential function of this job and therefore you must be able tomaintain a valid/current driver's license and have access toreliable transportation.
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and homeinternet access.
  • Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/reportwhile in the field.
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week, including nights andweekends.
  • 2 yearsof beverage company and/or distributor experience.
  • Prior experience with eventproduction and management of teams of brand ambassadors, brandpromotion, working with wholesaler and accounts, brand samplingpreferred.
  • Musthave Excel and PPT experience.
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong workethic.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills to meet weeklydeadlines.
