    TITLE: HR & Legal Service Delivery Manager

    TYPE: Contract, possibly C to P as they do have a FT headcount approved for this role

    LOCATION: 3 days onsite -Ewing, NJ

    LENGTH: 3-6 months with likely extensions or conversion

    Job Title: Technology Manager - HR and Legal Service Delivery

    Multiple projects in play and that needs coverage.

    Not project management; it's a delivery manager. What SDLC documents needed, managing vendors, are we getting quality specs, etc

    Need to have experience, more HR than Legal 10% is Legal

    Workday integration experience and managing implementation of workday. Prefer to be more functional.

    Have a combination of offshore and onshore resources that are technical reporting into this person.

    Overview: We are seeking a proficient Technology Manager to oversee HR and legal service delivery processes. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation requirements, adept vendor management skills, and a strong focus on ensuring quality specifications. Prioritized experience in HR operations is preferred over legal affairs. Proficiency in Workday integration and hands-on experience in managing Workday implementations are essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day support for Workday integrations, including triaging requests and ensuring timely resolution.
    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, vendors, and internal business units to deliver seamless service.
    • Oversee the implementation of Workday, ensuring successful integration and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
    • Develop and maintain SDLC documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on leveraging Workday functionalities effectively.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and legal service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing HR and legal service delivery processes, with a focus on HR operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of SDLC documentation requirements and vendor management practices.
    • Hands-on experience in Workday integration and implementation is essential.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Preferred experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, with consideration for candidates from Food and Beverage, Pharma, and Manufacturing sectors.
