The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides strategic leadership direction planning plus operational oversight of ministry Medical Center & Long-Term Care facility. The CAO establishes strategic guidance direction for associated medical center long-term care facility responsible day-to-day operations ensuring quality safety engagement caregivers providers patient experience monitors assess enhance operational processes achieve medical center goals objectives metrics leads initiatives improve resource management quality care safety overall stakeholder satisfaction.
