    Job Description:

    As a Digital Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in driving the development and utilization of digital platforms within our organization. We need someone proactive who can collaborate with colleagues to enhance these platforms, ensuring they meet system requirements and industry best practices. Your focus will be on user experience, covering areas such as support, training, and solution design with user satisfaction in mind.

    We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our digital transformation and thrives on continuous learning. You should enjoy engaging with users, adapting to new business processes, and translating them into technical solutions. This position is instrumental in serving both our internal and external customers as we advance on our digital journey.

    This remote role is based in Georgia, with a preference for candidates residing in Athens.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond promptly to inquiries from sales teams, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure system user satisfaction.
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and support tickets across various platforms.
    • Gather and analyze requirements to drive system enhancements.
    • Execute Salesforce configuration changes and monitor user adoption.
    • Provide user training and create related materials for effective knowledge transfer.
    • Ensure data and system validation for seamless enhancements.

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Minimum of 6 months of Salesforce experience.
    • 2+ years in inside sales, technical support, or related roles.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
    • Proficiency in JD Edwards, PowerBI, and Microsoft Applications.
    • Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of the transportation industry.
    • Proactive attitude towards platform improvements.
    • Experience in implementing Salesforce configuration changes.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder collaboration.
    • Ability to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
