Job Description:
Responsible for meeting and consulting with members to assess their financial planning needs by reviewing their financial information, and providing customized financial planning to allow them to meet their needs and goals.
Meets with clients and prospects. Collects and analyzes information regarding the members' income, assets, investments or debts.
Determines financial goals with the members. Ascertains which financial products best meet the members' needs and financial circumstances in order to achieve those goals.
Advises the member regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products, including insurance and investment products.
Prepares for client meetings, creates financial plans, and creates portfolios.
Works in partnership with the Executive Wealth Advisor focused on growing the wealth advisory business through new and existing credit union members.
Focused on identifying qualified wealth leads for themselves and the Executive Wealth Advisor. This will be done through branch referrals, proactive calling, e-mails, workshops and cast member events.Through mentorship with Executive Wealth Advisor will focus on business development training. Further developing financial planning skills, analyzing member data, and formulating recommendations that best suit the needs of members.
Delivers wealth advisory sales and service within segmented book of members that is provided.
Supports the aligned Executive Wealth Advisors with service-related needs.
Develops local marketing strategies with Executive Wealth Advisor.
Works on the business with the Client Service Associate (CSA) (where applicable). Markets the Partners financial products, builds branch relations, determines ways to improve business and client service, and plans for future client interactions (client appreciation, client lunches, seminars, etc.)
Researches new products, keeps up with economic data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree

Information regarding the full compensation package:
First 12 months:
$40,000 annual salary PLUS $60,000 forgivable draw
Direct Sales –Wealth Advisor Grid (Tier range 35%-45%)
Referral - 10% Override
Year-over-year Income Growth Opportunity
The hiring range for this position in California is $40,000 per year.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
