- Seeking an experienced Operations Manager who will enhance our operational efficiency by auditing existing processes for areas of improvement, and implementing new procedures that streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase positive outcomes.
- The right individual will strengthen our financial management by bringing a solid skillset in budgeting, allocation, and forecasting to ensure funds are used efficiently and align with our strategic goals.
- Fosters team collaboration and motivation through cultivating a positive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. Regularly recognizes team members for their efforts and contributions, as well as pays attention to allocation of team resources to keep projects running smoothly.
- Works closely with the Executive Director to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in operations management and the education sector.
- Encourages and facilitates ongoing training and professional development for team members.
- Encourages a culture of innovation where creative ideas are welcomed and tested.
- Leads pilot projects to test new operational practices that could be rolled out company-wide.
- Regularly reviews and updates compliance protocols to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Promotes a culture of ethics and transparency throughout the organization.
- Collaborates with HR to refine recruitment processes, enhance staff training programs, and develop effective performance management systems.
- Addresses workforce needs proactively to ensure the organization is well-equipped to handle challenges.
- Utilize analytics and data insights to inform decisions and improve operational performance.
- Regularly review operational data to assess performance against goals and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven track record as an Operations Manager, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong leadership and stellar communication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial management.
- Proficient in relevant operations technologies and software.
