A highly respected Therapy Provider group throughout NYC and the surrounding area is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services in the home, school and local communities.
Positions are located in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy BrooklynRequirements:
NYS Occupational Therapist license + Registration3+ years of experience working with children that have behavioral challenges, preferably in a school or homecare environment
Responsibilities:
Provide OT to children during and after school with diagnoses of ADHD, Autism and learning disabilitiesFoster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in home settingsEngage with caregivers to maintain consistent therapeutic schedulesMaintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual review
