    KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer &
    Operations for our [1] Consulting practice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver process
    improvement and transformation projects that span all aspects of operations
    within a healthcare system; work as part of a team focused on solving complex
    operational issues utilizing market leading technology-enabled solutions and
    advanced analytics in conjunction with exceptional healthcare knowledge

    • Independently and
    collaboratively participate in client projects focused on improvement,
    optimization and transformation of processes surrounding clinical, quality,
    operational and financial outcomes across the different levels of healthcare
    services by way of conducting observations, interviews, document review,
    data-driven insights and process mapping

    • Communicate
    regularly with Project Managers, project teams and representatives from various
    functional teams, including escalating any matters that require additional
    analysis; work in teams assisting clients across entire care continuum;
    engagement teams will be involved with assessing, validating and benchmarking
    current operational performance and technology-enabled capabilities against
    healthcare leading practices and their marketplace competitors

    • Work and
    collaborate on conduct research for and perform data collection, analysis,
    synthesis and narrative development to support project deliverables and
    presentation content for both internal KPMG team and external clients

    • Develop high
    quality work products utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data as
    directed (written briefings, status reports, issues risks logs) for
    presentation to clients and demonstrate problem solving skills through critical
    thinking, intellectual curiosity, intellectual rigor and questioning when
    breaking down and analyzing complex issues and framing approaches for potential
    solutions

    • Support proposal
    development and other new business development activities by leveraging new and
    existing relationships with client business leaders; display an appreciation
    for the complete cycle of work and understand the impact of assignments on the
    overall goal of projects

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum five years
    of consulting experience focused on clinical or operational improvement,
    systems integration, or equivalent industry experience and demonstrated
    knowledge of the healthcare industry and functional leading practices; can
    relate these to specific client challenges

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; preferred
    concentrations include Nursing, Healthcare or Business Administration,
    Information Technology, Biology & Life Sciences, Economics, Finance,
    Industrial Engineering or a related field

    • Progressive
    experience with working on teams in a lead role with experience managing UKG Dimensions,
    Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling projects, leading meetings, drafting
    status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, workflow analysis and
    design; project experiences consist of clinical, quality, financial,
    information technology and operational within the Healthcare industry

    • Experience with
    handling, analyzing and evaluating large data sets, Tableau, SQL, Excel,
    Access, Power BI) and Data Warehouse management

    • Proficiency with
    foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written and verbal
    communications, appropriate client presence, facilitation and presentation
    abilities

    • Strong Microsoft
    Office skills including Excel, Project, Word, Power Point and Visio

    • Ability to travel
    as needed
