    Job Description:

    Our client is hiring an Internal Recruiter to support their IT team in Raleigh, NC. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to join a team of IT professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand project requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires proactive sourcing techniques, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans for IT infrastructure projects.

    2. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, networking events, social media, and industry associations, to attract top talent.

    3. Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience for project-specific roles.

    4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring process.

    6. Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

    7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, contractors, and industry partners to enhance our talent pipeline and employer brand.

    8. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR and leadership on hiring progress and challenges.

    9. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT infrastructure recruitment.

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the IT infrastructure or technology industry.

    Familiarity with technical skills and qualifications relevant to IT infrastructure projects, such as networking, cabling, and electrical installations.

    Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing techniques.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to IT staffing.

    Compensation:

    $35K-$40K base salary plus commission
