- Manage specific group sale segments and social catering bookings.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales and Catering Action Plan.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals within assigned market segments.
- Maintain effective communication within the hotel and review sales work files.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting.
- Utilize Brand Tools and programs to drive sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Report to the Director of Sales.
- Develop strategies to achieve catering sales goals.
- Reach out to potential clients through appointments or cold calls.
- Assess catering needs and propose suitable options.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate sales contracts.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Minimum of three years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with corporate transient industry experience.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and RFP processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability in customer qualification and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM sales databases.
- Familiarity with web browsers and search engine research.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
